Team Peru’s flag bearers are set to compete AT ANOTHER LEVEL on the road to the 2026 South American Youth Games in Panama.
The Flag Bearers Ceremony and farewell for #TeamPeru was held with great excitement. Silvana Donayre (judo) and coach Paul Sobrado (wrestling), representing Fernando Jimeno Mendizábal, were chosen to carry Peru’s pride into this continental event.
The ceremony was attended by key authorities, including Renzo Manyari, María Martínez, Vanessa Endo, Mauricio Martínez, and Cinthia Ramírez, along with federation leaders and athletes. Peru will compete in 19 sports, including judo, wrestling, surfing, and archery.
With leadership, commitment, and pride, the flag bearers set the tone for a #TeamPeru that is ready to leave its mark in Panama 2026.
