In a match marked by intensity and tactical balance, the men’s national teams of Argentina and Paraguay drew
1-1 at Estadio Rommel Fernández, in the third round of Group A of the IV South American Youth Games. The match, played this Wednesday, April 15, 2026, ended with a share of the points after a game decided by fine margins in both penalty areas.
The Paraguayan side, coached by Wilfrido Bazán, managed to open the scoring late in the first half.
