Day 4 of tennis at the IV South American Youth Games Panama 2026 delivered finals and medals in a high-level, action-packed day.

In doubles, Brazil claimed gold in the men’s event with the duo of Chabalgoity/Storck after defeating Baena/Rubini. In the women’s event, Larraya/Meabe were crowned champions in a tightly contested match against Lisboa/Rodero, while Bazan/Muelle took the bronze medal.

The day also brought excitement in mixed doubles, with very close matches that determined the finalists in tie-break-decided encounters.
